Great Service by Yannick
Great location near Place de Clichy. Close to a number of cafes and restaurants of diverse cuisine and price range. Near all amenities including metro lines 2 and 13. A decent budget hotel that offered good value for the price.
The hotel staff was very helpful and the restaurant/bar across the street was terrific. There were lots of places to eat close by and it was close to metro stations.
The room was very small, and was not suited well for our teenage kids. It would work fine for smaller children.
The hotel is a good choice for a short Paris break, whether for leisure or business: rooms are basic but clean and very good value, the location is excellent and there is free Wifi in the rooms. There are minibar facilities and a fridge in the room. The initial wecome to the hotel was helpful and courteous.
I did not find all of the staff uniformly helpful or sensitive to the level of customer service appropriate to a three star hotel. The hotel is a little drab and the decor needs refreshing: however, breakfast facilities are of a very good standard. My room did not appear to have the guide to services which it should have incuded, so I had to ask for it.
Cosy and good price for the quality at this center location of Paris
In most cases, the hotel staff was able to speak several foreign languages (except French). I noticed English, Spanish and Russian.
Poor Wi-Fi quality.
Close to metros. close to restaurants ...
One of the staff had only "no" for an answer ... he refuses just about everything you ask him.
Good value for a short stay, clean, comfortable room, good bathroom with a bath, working air-con, good location with easy access to all modes of transport.
Great location, nice rooms, service is good, unfortunately I didn't eat breakfast but if I would have, then I would have eaten whatever I want and pay for it only 7,50 euros which is a normal price for a breakfast in Paris (but in other places it would only include the croissant, the pain beurre and the chocolat chaud).
At first when I booked up my hotel the price was 149 per 3 nights. At the end I discovered that I payed extra 3 euros for each night. I found that bizzare but as the price was already good, I didn't mind paying it.
We selected this hotel because of the good rate it was offering and can say that the hotel was very good, much better than what we were expecting. Rooms are ok, with air conditioning, free wifi, close to a metro station (rome) and restaurants. We never tried the breakfast at the hotel but we did go every morning to a little shop just 2 minutes from the hotel to buy some croissants and coffee (15 euros in total for a group of 5 instead of 8 euros per person in the hotel). The area around the hotel is nice and the hotel has a parking (with a daily charge) that is a great plus when travelling to Paris by car. We are already planning to go to Paris next year and we will again stay in this hotel.
The location was close to the Metro (less than 5 min walk), had lots of places to eat and drink. Within 30 minutes you could walk to the Champs Elysees. The front desk woman who was there when I checked in was very helpful. Free WiFi, although you have to enter the password every hour.
The room was a bit smaller than I expected. For a single person this was fine. If I was a couple, it would have been too small for more than a day. On a very sad note, I found a used spoon on my bed and the top of the refrigerator was dirty. The spoon was hard to see as it was made of clear plastic. The cleaning person probably forget it during the clean up. Not a good first impression. The rest of the room was clean including the bathroom. The hvac worked the first day and then stopped working. As the weather for the most part was comfortable, it was not an issue.
Very big room big. Much bigger than anything you would expect by Paris standards and this was also valid for the bathroom. Free, good working internet and a big flatscreen TV with plenty of French and international channels. All in all very unlike Paris where rooms tend to be small.
It is not in the most vibrant area of the city but not far from it either but that also means a quiet sleep.
Gem of a place in a great location. Lovely boutique rooms, very friendly staff and just far enough out of the city to explore some lovely bistros and away from the really touristy restaurants.
The only negative thing I will say is that there was quite a bad drain smell coming from the bathroom.
Good location, close to the metro, although we walked everywhere. Perfect for a city break. Clean and modern.
Room was small, but fine for a city break. The room did get quite hot, despite having aircon.
Good and clean hotel with helpful staff
Room was a little bit small but it is ok
